The BBQ03SSF Santa Maria Grills is designed with4 different grilling areas: the main grate, secondary grate, interchangeable griddle, and 4 S-shape meat hooks. The entire grill is made of 304 stainless steel for guaranteed performance. Cook a ribeye, short ribs, picanha, skirt steak or get creative making a flap steak pizza on the main grill. Stir some potatoes or veggies on the small grates and griddle, and smoke some pineapples on the S-shape meat hooks all at the same time. Regulate the height of the main grates to control the temperature. Use the firebox to burn some wood and give a smoky flavor to your food. The bottom and side walls are covered with refractory bricks to extend the life of the product and help spread the heat evenly. A side table, bottle opener, and holes for hanging your grilling tools makes prep convenient. The firebox has a front door for extra safety, and the grill sits on 4 swivel casters for mobility.
