This innovative feature allows you to sear meat to perfection anywhere on the cooking grid. This grill boasts a 553 square inch main cooking surface with a lasting stainless steel cooking grid. The removable warming rack features a spacious 195 square inch, stainless steel warming area. The DCS CAD grill cart is constructed of 18 gauge, 304 grade stainless steel. Every DCS grill is handcrafted and constructed entirely of heavy gauge type 304 stainless steel. The right-hand drawer on this cart is a pull-out propane tank storage bin. The left-hand drawer has rolling racks and a large bin for storing bulky items or fill with ice to keep your drinks or marinating meat chilled.
